Price Increases
Like many businesses, over the last few years we have seen a significant rise in the cost of manufacturing and most notably freight charges and raw material costs for our soap-based products. Given the uncertainty we have faced, we have been reluctant to pass on these costs to our customers. Unfortunately, this has become unsustainable and we had little option other than to raise our prices on 1st October 2022.
We hope you will continue to support our business and recognise this decision has not been taken lightly.
We notified existing customers on our database by a mailchimp in August but acknowledge not all received notification. Our apologies to those who have ordered since then and were unaware of the price increases.
